who: (for) sub-culture & (from) existing "sponsor" organization
Proposal one is tailored for Female Coders, and would be sponsored by GFC (Girls For A Change)

what: big idea/concept (single most important thing to communicate, what are the reasons to believe it?)
The big idea or concept would involve female coders volunteering their time, to educate and inform young girls on the benefits of being "code minded." Strengthening the idea of hard work and problem solving.

why: call to action (what do we want the audience to think, feel or do?)
The call to action would be for Female Coders to volunteer in their community, to make a difference in the lives of young girls. Female coders where once young girls as well, this relationship would hopefully motivating female coders to act

where: channel or integrated channels and environment

Considering Female coders spend the majority of their time on a computer, a viral campaign, or video would have the best odds of reaching them.

how: personal "tests" (sketches!) and culled existing examples of visual and verbal approach

who: (for) sub-culture & (from) existing "sponsor" organization
Proposal two is tailored for Female Coders once again, and would be sponsored by WHO (World Health Organization)

what: big idea/concept (single most important thing to communicate, what are the reasons to believe it?)
The big idea or concept would be for female coders to take a minute and realize that there are potential health risks related to computers, if they do not already know of them.

why: call to action (what do we want the audience to think, feel or do?)
Many of the health risks related to computers are easy to fix, and require little to no effort to correct. Catching the problem sooner rather than later is always a plus.

where: channel or integrated channels and environment
Considering Female coders spend a considerable amount of time at computers, a screen saver might be an effective channel to pursue.

who: (for) sub-culture & (from) existing "sponsor" organization
Proposal three is tailored for Female Coders, and would be sponsored by ITRC (Identity Theft Resource Center)

what: big idea/concept (single most important thing to communicate, what are the reasons to believe it?)
Knowing how much of yourself to put online can be troublesome. With all the social networking sites around these days anyone is susceptible to lurkers, and identity theft.

why: call to action (what do we want the audience to think, feel or do?)
The call to action would be for Female Coders to realize how easy it can be for their online identities to be taken, or impersonated.

where: channel or integrated channels and environment
Considering Female coders spend the majority of their time on a computer, a screen saver might be a viable approach to solving this problem.
